Kyle Hall lives in northeast Pennsylvania with his wife Chelsea. He has a B.S. in Computer Science, and an M.S. in Information Technology. He is planning to get an M.S. in Library Science as well.

Kyle works for the Crawford County Federated Library system as an Information Technology Specialist, Where he and  Cindy Murdock are responsible for maintaining all the library computer systems for Crawford County.

Kyle is dedicated to Free Open Source Software. He is a developer for the Open Source Koha Library System, and has created a number of additional tools such as the Offline Circulation System.

Kyle is also the sole developer of Libki, a Kiosk Management System, which he has also release as Free Open Source Software via the GPLv3.
